Brevard County development valued at $1B poised for launch at I-95 interchange

Plans are in place to begin building out the long-awaited Emerald Lakes development, a project valued at more than $1 billion surrounding the Interstate 95 and St. Johns Heritage Parkway interchange in Palm Bay.
Paul Paluzzi, managing partner at Zons Development in Tampa, has been sitting on nearly 1,600 acres of prime real estate at all four corners of the area for more than a decade. It took a joint venture partnership in March with Thompson Whitney Blake, CEO of Blake Investment Partners, to finally get the project of the ground.
